Single Reed Consultants offers a limited 12-month warranty on all instruments we sell. Repiars are done free of charge (shipping costs not included where applicable) for the duration of the warranty. Only repairs due to general wear are covered. Damage casued by negligence or abuse are not covered under this warranty (including, but not limited to cracks in wood clarinets). Clarinet tenon corks are covered for one replacement each under the warranty. For saxophones, items that are not covered include excessive denting or other damage to the brass due to negligence, broken solder joints, broken keys, bent necks, or lacquer wear. General repairs, such as pad leaks, pad replacement, adjustments, broken springs, missing corks or felts, and neck cork replacement (only once) are covered.
