Mouthpiece trials are allowed for up to 4 mouthpieces at a time. The customer must make a deposit for the full value of all the mouthpieces and may keep items for a 10-day trial period. Take great care with all mouthpieces as they must be returned in exactly the same condition as when they were sent out. Single Reed Consultants reserves the right to refuse return on any damaged or scratched items. The customer will receive a refund for all returned mouthpieces minus a $3.00 re-stocking fee for each mouthpiece returned. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable for any reason. NO FREE SHIPPING ON MOUTHPIECE TRIALS

If you are unsatisfied with your instrument purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return and all returns must be insured for the full value of the item. A copy of the original invoice is required for all returns. Once we receive your item and verify its condition and reason for return, we will give a full refund minus our shipping costs and a $10 restocking fee. This is usually around $20+$10 for a clarinet or begginner saxophone and around $30+$10 for higher-priced and larger items. These figures are not guaranteed but are offered as a general estimate. Your refund will depend on the specific item you have purchased and returned. We do not accept C.O.D shipments for any reason. We do not offer an instrument "trial" nor do we send out multiple instruments as we would for mouthpieces (see above), but if you are unhappy with your purchase we do allow returns as stated here. There are no refunds or exchanges on opened boxes of reeds.
